Strength isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about moving well, feeling strong, and building confidence in what your body can do. At Three Trees Training, sessions are tailored to your goals, whether that’s gaining strength, improving endurance, or simply moving better in daily life.

Every session is built around education, intention, and progress—because the more you understand your body, the better you can train it. You’ll learn proper movement mechanics, how to fuel your body for performance, and how to push yourself safely and effectively.​

Getting Started

1 / Inquiry Form

Start by filling out a quick form so I can get to know your goals, preferences, and any past injuries or concerns. This helps me make sure we’re a good fit—and gets us one step closer to building your strength, your way.

2 / Discovery Call

I'll reach out to schedule a free 15–20 minute call to talk through your goals, schedule, and any questions you have. This is a zero-pressure space to make sure you feel informed and supported before we begin.

3 / Movement Assessment

This 90-minute in-person session is required before beginning personal or group coaching. We’ll take a full-body look at how you move, identify any compensation patterns, and use that data to build a plan that’s safe, effective, and tailored to you.

4 / Training Begins

With a clear game plan in place, we’ll dive into your customized training sessions. Whether you’re going 1:1 or semi-private, I’ll be there every step of the way to coach, support, and adjust as needed—so you can feel stronger in every season.

1:1 Personal Training

Personalized strength programming tailored to your goals and experience. Plus, enjoy included nutrition coaching as part of your Three Trees Training journey. 50 min sessions.​

Semi-Private Training

Train with friends in a fun, supportive environment while still getting personalized coaching. A cost-effective option that keeps you accountable and strong—together!
