Hi, I’m Emily—the human behind Three Trees Training.

Before I ever stepped into the fitness and nutrition world, I built a career in financial economics, working as a corporate analyst for nearly five years. It taught me a lot about structure, strategy, and how to manage complexity—but something deeper was calling.

In 2021, my life changed when I became a full-time caregiver for my twin sister during her bone cancer treatments. Walking beside her through that chapter gave me an entirely new understanding of strength—emotional, physical, and functional. It also made one thing clear: I wanted to help people in a more lasting, personal way.

With a background in collegiate swimming and years of experience coaching youth athletes, I found my way into group fitness through CrossFit. That led me to discover the real magic: working 1:1 with clients and supporting them not just in the gym, but in their daily lives through personalized strength and nutrition coaching.

Along the way, I became a competitive CrossFit athlete and now compete in Olympic weightlifting—both of which continue to teach me what it means to pursue progress with purpose.  My own training volume has ebbed and flowed through seasons of joy, focus, grief, business, and peace. Movement has always met me where I was—and I aim to meet my clients with that same grace, no matter what phase they’re in or what their plan looks like.

In 2022, Three Trees Training was born—a space rooted in growth, resilience, and the belief that every season of life deserves strength. Since then, it’s been an absolute privilege to grow alongside the incredible humans I coach.

My training is grounded in science, but my coaching is rooted in empathy. I believe strength should be accessible, empowering, and tailored to the person that shows up each session. Whether you're here to get stronger, feel more confident, or simply reconnect with your body—I’m so glad you’re here.

Let’s grow.
