Olympic lifting is about more than just snatching and clean & jerking—it’s about learning precision, building explosive strength, and developing full-body control. Whether you're brand new to the lifts or looking to break through a plateau, Three Trees Training offers two ways to build your confidence and sharpen your technique.

Our 4-week Olympic Lifting Course runs a few times a year and is designed to meet you where you are—teaching foundational mechanics, drills, and progressions in a small group setting with lots of hands-on coaching and feedback.
If you’re looking for more targeted help, 1:1 Technical Sessions are available for one-off support or as a follow-up to the course. We’ll break down your lifts frame by frame, troubleshoot inefficiencies, and build a plan for smarter, safer lifting.

4WK Weightlifting Series
This 4-week Olympic Weightlifting course is designed to help beginner and intermediate lifters improve technique, build confidence, and develop strength in the snatch and clean & jerk. Each session includes small group coaching, video feedback, and access to virtual programming for continued progress between classes. Space is limited to keep the experience hands-on, personalized, and rooted in real-time feedback from a USA Weightlifting coach.
